They took to long and I had to go back inside to get my food

Never had a bad experience. Love the pork fried rice and scallion chicken.

It's okay, average Chinese food, for the cost of 1 plate here , you could easily go to a buffet, they do prepare each order fresh , charge $.50 per small cup of shrimp sauce

It was decent there were five in my party that ordered five diff things and everyone's looked the same when they came to the table the chicken and the sauce it was in was kinda like thick Motor oil looking.

How do you get any new business without a menu on here, your website or FB?

Best chinese food I have had down here since from moved from PA. The only one i have found that reminds of the restaurant we had back home. I eat here way too often!

This is one of the best places ever. I dont like the new containers, but thats a personal preference and not a fuctional issue. Ive never had an issue with this place. Perfect 5/7, would recommend.(Yes this is intended for the Statesville location)

This was a very good experience. We were in town just passing through on our way home from Florida on vacation and just getting a little rest at a nearby hotel. We found this Chinese restaurant just by googling local restaurants we could go and pick something up quickly. We tried the beef with broccoli and moo goo gai pan - both with egg rolls and some of their sweet donuts. The food was really good and very reasonably priced! Thank you!

I've driven up from Charlotte to Mooresville JUST FOR RICE FUN before! Thankful for this great establishment! The food has always been amazing each time I go. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. Anytime I am visiting in Statesville, going to Rice Fun is a MUST!

Better than the average Chinese takeout. Try spicy beef - substitute green beans for rice!

Called and spoke to an employee about delivery options they were unsure of what service they used for their delivery. So I checked multiple apps, found them to be on Door Dash but offline called back to double check and maybe see if they could ask someone there for certain. My next phone call I was just told they didn’t know and hung up, I was going to attempt a carry out order instead but decided move along to a more responsive restaurant. Sad, we really looked forward to trying.

Great value, very tasty, fresh, crisp vegetables, but very high on the sodium in the sauce, and scallops a little overcooked.

The woman at the counter was very helpful. Good food overall. But even when we asked for extra veggies, there wasn't much added. The hot and sour soup was a bit bland. But the vegetarian options such as General Tso "chicken" and Orange "chicken" were tasty, but wish there were more veggies.

Listen guys.... I called to order food for a group of 8... Could have fed at least 11... This place NAILED IT! I'm sorry I didn't get the woman's name, because she is the reason I'm writing a five star review. We were so in tune... I thought we were souls mates. Ha ha. And the food matched up to the service... What else do you want?? Make it happen. Thanks Rice Fun!

Best Chinese restaurant in town by personal opinion and my family would agree.If you're ordering takeout they keep your food warm until you pick it up. Prices are reasonable, each plate has a lot of food on it. The only reason it did not get five stars is because of how busy and crowded the place maybe however, despite this fact when does not wait very long for their food at all and that's amazing. Try rice fun today if you never have before and you like Chinese

The entrees are good, not as many appetizer choices as a typical Chinese food restaurant. All combo plates come with rice only no substitutes, and for a place with rice in it's name, they have literally THE WORST fried rice I have EVER had at any Chinese restaurant EVER. Buyer beware.

Place has truly went downhill! Food has no flavor. The rice is dry I found spinach in my supreme family! Take your money elsewhere.

I tried this establishment for the first time last night and it by far was NOT it. Food was pricey for what they gave you and it wasn't good. Sweet tea was awful. Would not recommend or return.

Overcooked, slow service and kind of a sketchy area. I personally loved the rice, but my girlfriend hated it. The chicken was less than desirable, and the egg rolls were inedible. I'd prefer panda express, but it could have been worse.

I ordered the sesame chicken the chicken was over cooked and dry the sauce had good flavor. The fried rice was very bland and really had no flavor at all

My new favorite for take out Chinese food.

Food was fantastic. Customer service was great. The spring rolls are the best I have had. Perfectly cooked and very crisp. Will definitely be regular customers.

This place is one of the worst place I ever been to I order vegetable fried rice came with one pea and carrot the amount of rice was amount of a baby scoop for a high price I will run run run from this place not worth Spending your money.

Ordered $50 worth of food from here and it is the most awful Chinese food I've ever had !!!No flavor at all. Most bland food we've ever had. Our first time there and our last..yuck!Presentation good , food is not good at all..Would wast

New in town and after seeing a post on Facebook, I wanted to check this spot out. I was disappointed. First off, I didn't want fried rice and when I asked to sub noodles (which I would have happily paid an surcharge) I was told flat out..., "No". I almost thought the employee was being sarcastic with the straight face and lack of emotion. But when he said he was serious about no subs, I was thrown off. That was a little disappointing. What made it worse was the rice was not good at all, quite bland and soggy, so to speak. The chicken was fried too hard. My leftovers we're thrown out.I waited a couple of days to post my review for the simple fact I've had time to think and digest- I do not plan on visiting this establishment again, unfortunately... I'll find other gems here in Statesville.

Pretty good Chinese food.

We ordered from Rice Fun, for the first time today. I was honestly not happy with the food, the sesame chicken was very dry and bland, it also didn't look fresh, I couldn't eat it. The egg drop soup bowl, had their rice fun sticker on top of a different company's logo, that was an ice cream shop, which was a little weird. The price we paid for the food, it just wasn't good enough quality. I will not be ordering from here again.

Delicious Chinese food. Very authentic and flavorful. Nice portions. The owner, Kevin, and the service team are a pleasure. Must stop here while in Statesville. Enjoy!

Think the boss should stay present til the QC is consistent. Last take out was a disappointment that I haven't been back. The food is the priority. Conversation is nice but the food is suppose to be Chinese American fare.

Don’t get me wrong; I love their food. I have for a long while. BUT.....If NONE of the employees are wearing either mask and/ or gloves during the COVID-19 pandemic, I can’t come back until they do.

I stopped in on a whim after getting in late to my hotel. The cashier/hostess was very helpful on making a selection (scallion chicken). Food was tasty and very reasonably priced. Egg rolls were good as well. Certainly a great value for a quick pick up!

Rice Fun is a America style Chinese restaurant. They offer all the classic Chinese’s dishes from sesame chicken, fried rice, beef & Broccoli to fried dumplings. I was impressed with the food and hospitality of accommodating a large crowd. Overall I was impressed with Rice fun and will visit again.

I went November 25th 2019. Best Chinese restaurant ever. Service price and plate wonderful. Definitely going back highly recommended. Yummy makes me hungry now. Even egg roll included without asking.

Our food tasted old, like it had been recycled from a previous day. Though it came highly recommended, we didn't enjoy it. We ordered the different chicken entrees and they all tasted exactly the same.
